Justin Hall

Owner, JHHR Consulting, LLC

Justin Hall is a seasoned HR professional with over 15 years of experience in Human Resources. Currently serving as a HR Consultant at JHHR, Justin specializes in HR Assessment, Technology, Compliance, Strategy, Employee Relations, Recruiting, Training and Development, and Payroll.

 

Throughout his career, Justin has worked across various industries including retail, construction, finance, healthcare, non-profit, and security, demonstrating subject matter expertise across all Human Resource functions such as Policy, Procedure, Payroll, Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, Leadership, Performance Improvement, and HRIS systems.

He has extensive experience with various payroll systems like UKG, ADP Payroll, Coastal Payroll, BambooHR, Paychex, TriNet, Paycom, Paylocity, iSolved, and Paycor. Justin's functional expertise includes database selection, file import/export to spreadsheets and databases, project management, package software selection/needs analysis, software installation/set-up, testing and documentation, training/writing procedure manuals, and financial systems integration. 

Justin holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Cal State Eastbay and an MBA from Boise State University.
